So this seems to be an issue with GP 2013 SmartList export to Excel. Open the Fixed Assets Company Setup window in the Test Company and enter the same settings as the Live Company. We are having issues every time they have to log in and this sometimes requires us (administrators) having to log in first and resolve the issue. After some digging, we've found that only specific fields set off this series of errors, so if any of these fields are used in the SL, the SL will error out
